The new billing model is built, and it stays off until cutover. Nothing below is live yet.

• Accounts. One paying account sits above its workspaces. Owners, admins and members, each with access to all workspaces or selected ones.
• Workspaces. Pro accounts will create as many as they need. Free gets one.
• Guests. Reviewers sign in with an email code to comment. They never get a workspace or take a seat.
• One key for every workspace. An account-scoped MCP key reaches every workspace its owner can open.
• Credits. One wallet per account, 100,000 credits a month on Pro, and $50, $100 and $200 packs.
• Free page renders. Free accounts get 500 a month.
• Usage. Spend breaks down by workspace, site, feature and day, with a CSV export.

Read-only teammates are retired now, even with the switch off. Guests replace them.

We fixed a flaw in how research spending was attributed. A signed-in user could have made paid research draw on another account’s credits.

We closed the gap, and added a check that a spend belongs to the person making it.

Research, refreshes, audits, rank tracking and MCP calls work as before.

Your own agent now does all the writing. Sitearc keeps the data and the review steps, and runs no model.

• Removed: chat, AI drafts, AI brand copy, the hero check and bring-your-own model keys.
• Old chat links open the site’s Overview instead.
• Content. start_content_draft opens the draft, and your agent writes it.
• Brand. Reading the live site still works, with no model call.
• New skills guide your agent through writing content, suggesting brand copy and reviewing a hero.

Credits now pay only for outside data and page renders.

Every page in the app was rebuilt on one design system.

• A new shell. A workspace rail, one sidebar per site, and search that jumps anywhere.
• Websites. Every site in one list, with status, clicks over 28 days and open work.
• Work. Ideas, proposals, previews and results in one queue, with the decision in a drawer.
• Forms. An inbox with read and unread, and Queue for your agent on each response.
• Honest counts. A number that failed to load says so instead of showing zero.
• Accessibility. A keyboard and contrast pass covered every page.

Every paid provider call is now billed correctly and bounded before it runs.

• Daily limits per account stop runaway spend. A refused run is safe to retry later.
• Each research type is billed as itself, so long keyword and brand lookups no longer stop partway.
• Rank tracking uses the provider’s current prices, and new trackers check the top 10 results.
• Parallel calls in one action can no longer charge twice.

Your agent can now plan the setup work for a site. A person approves each plan at a link before anything runs.

• Astro setup plans a Vercel project from your own repository at a pinned commit, or from a reviewed starter.
• Google measurement plans the GA4 property and stream, ownership checks and the sitemap.
• Approval links expire after 30 minutes.
• Paid checkout for Pro opened, through Stripe.
• Service email now sends through Resend.

A new Analytics page puts every source side by side. Sources are never added together.

• GA4 totals across all channels, with comparison charts.
• Ten report types, with filters, search, sorting and a detail drawer.
• CSV export for every report.
• Vercel Web Analytics in its own view, when connected.
• Vercel hosting connects once in Settings, and every site shares it. A site reads Live when production is ready.

Reading reports is free on every plan.

• The inbox now holds every response. Managing forms moved to its own page.
• Feedback reviews got a cleaner canvas.
• Shared connections. Sites now pick up the Google and GitHub accounts connected once in Settings.
