What your agent can do
Your agent works with Feedback through tools like these. Some only read. Others may change something or spend credits.
create_May change or spendreview Opens a review link over one or more pages of a site.
list_Readsreview_ comments Reads every comment on a review, from reviewers and from your team.
resolve_May change or spendreview_ comment Marks a comment resolved, and can turn it into an item in Work.
How it works
- 1
Create a review link for a page, or ask your agent to open one.
- 2
Send it to your client. Guests comment free and never take a seat.
- 3
Each comment pins to the live page, so nobody has to describe where.
- 4
Add a comment to Work, or ask your agent to triage the thread.
Limits and credits
Know the edges before you rely on it. Credits pay for outside data and heavy work, and saved data never costs any.

- Firefox and single-page app routing are not tested yet.
- Free shares up to 3 reviews at a time, with Sitearc branding.
