The service
Sitearc is a hosted service. It connects to your sites, stores related data, and records and measures the changes you approve. Your own AI agent connects to it over MCP. Sitearc does not run an AI model of its own.
Accounts
You need an account to use Sitearc. You are responsible for the sites you connect, the credentials you grant and the agents you connect.
Acceptable use
You will not use Sitearc to attack, scrape, or misrepresent a site you do not control.
Billing and credits
Free costs nothing. Pro is billed monthly through Stripe, and you can cancel at any time. Pro then runs to the end of the period you paid for. Fees are not refunded except where the law requires it. Credits meter paid data and have no cash value. Current prices are on the pricing page.
Data
We store what you connect, what visitors submit, and what the loop produces. Form notifications are separate delivery attempts. Provider acceptance does not prove final email arrival or downstream webhook processing. See the privacy policy for detail.
Termination
Either party may end the account. The Company may suspend access that violates acceptable use.
Liability
Sitearc is provided as is. The Company's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
Governing law
Florida law governs these Terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here.
