What we collect
We collect your account details and encrypted credentials for the accounts you connect. We collect Search Console and Analytics data for the properties you choose. Our crawl reads and stores page content for your connected sites. For forms, we store settings, submitted values, destinations and delivery status. Stripe processes payments for paid plans.
Reviewers and guests
When someone comments on a review link, we store their comments with their name. Where sign-in is required, we store their email address instead. A guest never joins your account or takes a seat.
Connected accounts
When you connect Search Console or Analytics, we read clicks, impressions, position and traffic for the property you choose. When you install the GitHub App, we read what we need to open pull requests. We also check their previews, merges and deployments. When you connect Vercel, we read project and deployment status. We never store your Google or GitHub password.
This website
On sitearc.ai we count page views with PostHog. We record page views only, set no cookies, and honour Do Not Track.
Subprocessors
These providers process data on our behalf to run Sitearc. Cloudflare runs the application, its storage and page rendering. Neon hosts the database. Railway runs the service that captures pages for feedback reviews. Resend sends service email. Stripe processes payments. DataForSEO receives the keywords and domains you research. Google provides sign-in, and the Search Console and Analytics APIs you authorise. Vercel hosts this website, and PostHog counts its page views. Customer webhooks receive submissions only when you configure them. See our data processing addendum for how each one is bound.
Retention
We keep account and site data while your account is active. We keep measurement history for as long as it supports a learning. Form responses are kept for 30 days. Exports, backups, logs and recipient systems have their own retention.
Deletion
You can delete a connected site or your account at any time. We erase the data we hold for it on request, other than what the law requires us to keep. Deleting a form response removes its delivery records from the database. It cannot recall a notification already sent or accepted.
