The jobs on a retainer.

Client work is many small jobs across many sites. Each job below has a feature that does it, for your team and your agent.

  1. See every client site at once

Twelve sites or fifty, they sit in one list. Status, clicks and open work show which client needs you today.

  2. Collect client feedback without email threads

Send a review link and clients pin comments to the live page. Viewing needs no account. Commenting needs a quick email sign-in.

  3. Turn requests into shipped work

A comment or a form response becomes an idea in the Work queue. Your agent proposes the change and opens a pull request.

  4. Show the work moved something

Shipped changes are measured against holdout pages. Each result reads Won, Backfired or Inconclusive, worked out by Sitearc.

  5. Keep every client's voice straight

Each site has its own brand kit: colours, fonts, voice and phrases to avoid. Your agent reads it before it writes.

  6. Research for pitches and renewals

Run keyword, competitor, backlink and AI visibility lookups on credits. Track rankings weekly across client sites.

Clients review free.

Share a link and clients pin comments to the live page. They never take a seat, and their notes can become work for your agent.

  • No account to look. Viewing a review needs no sign-in. Commenting needs a quick email code.
  • Comments become work. Resolve a comment into the Work queue, and your agent picks it up.
  • Free has 3 active reviews. They carry Sitearc's name. Pro has unlimited reviews.
  • White-label reviews per workspace. Part of Pro.Coming

One account for the studio.

Every client is a website. A workspace is for a separate brand or business, with its own clients.

  • Unlimited sites on every plan. Add a client and you add a website. There is no per-site fee.
  • Unlimited workspaces on Pro. Run a second agency brand, or a sister business, in its own workspace.
  • Teammates are $12 a month. Admins see every workspace. Members get all of them, or the ones you pick.
  • Guests are free. Clients and reviewers join reviews without a seat.
  • Connect once. Google, GitHub and Vercel connect at the workspace. Every site can use them.
