Bring in your team for $12 a month each. Clients review free.
Pro is $99 a month for the owner, plus $12 for each teammate. Guests comment on your reviews and never need a seat.
What it shows
- 01
Roles
Owner, admin or member. Only the owner handles billing and buys seats.
- 02
Workspace access
Owners and admins see every workspace. A member gets all of them, or only the ones you pick.
- 03
Workspaces
A workspace is a separate brand or business, with its own client websites.
- 04
One seat per person
A teammate is one seat across your account, however many workspaces they join.
- 05
Guests
Guests are free and unlimited. They view and comment on the reviews you share.
- 06
Fair seats
A seat is charged when an invite is accepted. Pending invites cost nothing.
What your agent can do
Your agent works with Teammates and guests through tools like these. Some only read. Others may change something or spend credits.
whoamiReadsConfirms which account the agent is connected as, its scopes and the credit balance.
create_May change or spendreview Opens a review link over one or more pages of a site.
list_Readsreview_ comments Reads every comment on a review, from reviewers and from your team.
How it works
- 1
Invite a teammate by email, and choose admin or member.
- 2
For a member, choose all workspaces or only selected ones.
- 3
The seat is charged, prorated, when they accept. Remove someone and the bill drops at renewal.
- 4
Share a review link with a client. They join as a guest, free.
Limits and credits
Know the edges before you rely on it. Credits pay for outside data and heavy work, and saved data never costs any.
Limits
- Free is the owner alone. Inviting teammates needs Pro.
- Guests see only the reviews shared with them.
- Only the owner buys seats. An admin can fill a paid seat that is empty.
- Seats add no credits. One credit balance serves the whole account.
- Your agent cannot invite or remove people.
Credits
0This feature spends no credits. Reading saved data is free on every plan.
One credit is $0.001. Pro includes 100,000 a month, and Free includes none. See pricing
