Feedback lets a client point at the part of a page they mean. Each comment pins to its spot on the page, so nobody has to describe where.
Create a review link
Open Feedback on a site and create a review. Pick the pages, then share the
link. Your agent can open one too, with create_review.
A link is for anyone with the link or members only. You can revoke a link, or set it to expire.
On Free, up to 3 reviews can be shared at a time, with Sitearc branding. Pro has no limit.
What a reviewer sees
The reviewer opens the link and sees a capture of the page. Browse clicks through the site. Comment pins a note.
They can switch between desktop, laptop, tablet and phone widths. Captures are snapshots of the page. Reviewers cannot draw their own screenshots.
Guests comment free and never take a seat. Clients do not need a Sitearc plan.
The thread
Comments sit beside the page, open and resolved, with who wrote each one and when. Your team replies in the same thread.
Your agent reads every comment with list_review_comments.
From comment to work
Choose Add to work queue on a comment. It becomes an idea in Work, with its
page attached. resolve_review_comment does the same for your agent.
Limits
- Captures count as page renders. Free includes 500 a month. On Pro, each costs 2 credits.
- Firefox and single-page app routing are not tested yet.
