Sitearc gives a form on your site an endpoint. It saves each response, shows it in the inbox and sends it on.
Sitearc does not host form pages. The form stays on your own site.
Create a form
Open Forms › Manage forms and add a form, or ask your agent to call
create_form. Sitearc generates the HTML form. Paste it into your site.
The form posts straight to Sitearc. Fields can be text, email, long text or URL. File uploads are not supported.
Test it with submit_test_form. A test response is labelled as a test, so it
never mixes with real ones.
The inbox
Every response lands in one inbox. Search it, filter live and test responses, hide spam and mark responses read or unread.
Reply from your own email, straight from a response. Export responses as a CSV file whenever you need them.
Queue for your agent asks your agent to draft a reply, or to act on the request in Work.
Delivery
A form can send each response to your verified account email or to an HTTPS
webhook. Webhooks are signed in the X-Sitearc-Signature header.
Each response shows whether it was sent, is pending, failed or was partly sent. A saved response and a delivered notification are separate facts.
Delivery is at least once. A webhook may see the same response twice, so make your handler safe to run twice.
